About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive to support our Partnerships and Content Syndication efforts, with a strong focus on lead quality, campaign performance, and partner coordination. This role works closely with the SDR team, marketing team, and external partners to ensure leads are relevant, high-quality, and aligned with our target audience. You’ll play a key role in monitoring performance, identifying quality gaps, and supporting partner-driven demand programs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Demand Generation, Marketing, or Sales Ops
  • Basic experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities

  • Review SDR feedback and call outcomes to evaluate lead quality
  • Identify common issues such as incorrect targeting, low intent, or duplicate leads
  • Share structured feedback with internal teams and external partners
  • Track key metrics like lead acceptance, contact rates, and conversions
  • Ensure accurate lead tagging and source tracking within the CRM
  • Support execution of partner-led demand generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign delivery
  • Track campaign performance and analyze lead outcomes
  • Identify which partners and campaigns are driving high-quality leads
  • Assist in identifying and researching new channel partners
  • Support onboarding of partners by aligning on targeting and quality expectations
  • Monitor early-stage partner performance and flag quality issues
  • Maintain structured tracking of partner performance and results
