We are currently hiring a Part-Time Executive Lounge Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Requirements
- Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand instructions in English
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
- A warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail
- Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
Responsibilities
- Setting up and breaking down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space
- Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed
- Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts
- Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly
- Supporting hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork
