About The Position

Provide in-depth support and lead problem-solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications for Senior Navy Officials and Executives. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

3+ years of experience providing IT support directly to senior military and government officials
2+ years of experience with Navy Marine Corps Internet and Flankspeed
Knowledge of the O365 and SharePoint Online environment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving client environment
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with the DoD or Navy Staff
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Experience with IT Asset Management
Experience with Windows
Ability to assist in the creation of end-user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
CompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
