About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and leading all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Executive Housekeeper oversees department performance, team development, quality standards, budgeting, inventory, safety compliance, and daily operations while maintaining a welcoming and well-maintained hotel environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products
• Able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy
• Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications
• Flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays
• Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week
• Must possess a motor vehicle
• Must pass a background check
