Requirements

Previous housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team when needed
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with hotel brand standards and housekeeping systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and storage areas
Maintain brand cleanliness standards and ensure rooms are inspection-ready
Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping team members
Create schedules and manage labor productivity to support operational goals
Monitor inventory levels and ordering of housekeeping supplies and linens
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and maintenance standards are met
Partner with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, engagement, and guest service
