About The Position

We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper who takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience and knows how to build a strong, motivated team. As the leader of our Housekeeping Department, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire and develop team members, manage staffing and schedules, and make sure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our high standards.

Requirements

• A hands-on leader who is organized, dependable, positive, and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to work with people, solve problems, and set the example for your team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the Housekeeping team.
• Oversee daily room and public-area cleaning operations.
• Create schedules and manage staffing based on hotel needs and occupancy.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure outstanding cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor guest feedback and cleanliness scores and quickly address concerns.
• Partner with HR on hiring and onboarding.
• Work closely with Maintenance and hotel leadership to keep everything running smoothly.
• Manage timecards, labor, and departmental needs.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, pride, and great guest service.
