Hotel Executive Housekeeper

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all housekeeping operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost control.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner.
