About The Position

Little Palm Island is a unique luxury resort located on a private island 30 minutes from Key West, accessible only by private ferry. It features 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, and waterside dining. After a multi-million-dollar renovation, the resort offers an enhanced guest experience while preserving its magical atmosphere. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort. This role oversees the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory, maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort. The ideal candidate is an experienced luxury hospitality leader who is highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. The Executive Housekeeper works closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and consistently delivers Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
