About The Position
Little Palm Island is a unique luxury resort situated on a private island 30 minutes from Key West, accessible only by private ferry. It features 30 luxury suites, a Balinese-style spa, and waterside dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. After a multi-million-dollar renovation, the resort offers an enhanced island escape experience while preserving its magical atmosphere. The role involves leading operations on an exclusive private island resort designed for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, demanding operational expertise and a deep understanding of luxury service delivery. The Island Resort Manager will drive the vision for the property, inspire a high-performing team across rooms division, wellness, property operations, and marine services, and forge connections with elite guests to ensure seamless and unforgettable stays. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury resort, island experience, or hospitality management, deep experience with a luxury clientele, a calm, solution-driven mindset, hands-on leadership, and a readiness to embrace island life.

Responsibilities
- Leading all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort.
- Overseeing the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory.
- Maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Consistently delivering Little Palm Island’s standards of excellence.
