This role ensures all guest rooms, public areas, and heart of house areas are consistently maintained to Hilton and Shaner standards. The position involves leading, motivating, and training the housekeeping team, managing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with all departmental policies and procedures. The Executive Housekeeper will also manage departmental budgets, inventories, and collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure overall operational success. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
