The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract and host mid- to high-limit players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and establishing relationships with Hard Rock Casino Tejon midrange gaming guests in order to encourage return visits and create guest loyalty. The position is called upon to interact frequently with mid- to high limit guests and make decisions regarding extensions of complimentary services and/or goods. This position requires the successful candidate to be on site and available to guests via phone and email after working hours, weekends, and holidays. Under the direction of the Director of Player Development, this position is responsible for the implementation, development, and coordination of Player Development programs to attract, acquire, and host mid-level players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. The incumbent is also responsible for on and off-property efforts to establish and develop relationships with those who have the means and potential to become high value gaming guests. The position is called upon to interact frequently with high value guests and makes decisions regarding extensions of complimentary services and/or goods while stationed at a designated podium.
