About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is seeking ambitious individuals to join its prestigious Executive Fellowship Program. This 12–18-month, full-time, paid program offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a future executive in the dynamic world of healthcare. The program provides in-depth operational expertise through rotations in retail, culinary, patient services, and clinical settings. Fellows will participate in high-level strategic planning, engage in client interactions, and contribute to innovative technology implementations. They will gain insights into key health system functions including marketing, sales, technology, and financial management. Fellows will collaborate with Morrison executive and c-suite leadership and work directly with prestigious healthcare system clients. Upon successful program completion and a letter of recommendation from their RVP/Division President, fellows will be offered guaranteed employment at a Hay Grade 17/18 level.

Requirements

Recent or soon-to-be graduate degree holders (master’s level preferred).
Individuals with prior professional work experience, particularly those from graduate programs that require it.
A strong interest in leadership and healthcare.
A diverse background and skill set.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in the intricacies of healthcare food and nutrition services operations through rotations in retail, culinary, patient services, and clinical settings.
Participate in high-level strategic planning, engage in client interactions, and contribute to innovative technology implementations.
Gain insights into key health system functions including marketing, sales, technology, and financial management.
Collaborate with Morrison executive and c-suite leadership, work directly with our prestigious healthcare system clients.
Lead and contribute to impactful projects, including Client Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual budget process development, Sales process participation (prospecting, proposal development, financial proformas), Technology implementation and adoption, New business openings, Quarterly RVP-assigned projects, and a culminating Capstone Project.
Participate in extensive orientation, including SME Connects with operational VPs, finance, and technology leaders.
Engage in leadership development through the Morrison Regional Leadership Academy and DiSC assessments.
Enhance skills via Harvard Manage Mentor, AI Foundations, and Client Retention training.
Participate in shadowing experiences with Directors, Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs), and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs).
Engage in ongoing operational immersion with 2-3 weeks a month spent in the field.
