About The Position
As the Executive Director at Brookdale Hockessin, you will be the key leader responsible for all daily operations, employee relations, and resident engagement. You will lead with compassion while driving exceptional business results, overseeing everything from care standards to marketing, ensuring the community remains a premier choice for senior living. To be an Executive Director (ED) at a Senior Living Community in Delaware, you must hold a valid Delaware Assisted Living Administrator license or similar licensure, be at least 21, and pass background checks.
