About The Position

Our community is designed to offer active seniors independence and incomparable five-star service and amenities such as unique dining experiences and a variety of living choices. Our residents also have the safety and security of a full continuum of care campus when needed. We are looking for an experienced, innovative Executive Director to lead our growing team and ensure that our residents are always receiving the quality care and hospitality we are known for. The Executive Director is responsible for the effective operations and overall management direction of the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Community. Responsible for assuring the highest degree of quality care and service is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities
- Providing 5 star-luxury to our residents and grow the Wingate culture.
- Responsibility and Accountability of Directing the Overall Management.
- Hire, Evaluate, Coordinate, Monitor Performance, Schedule and Supervise Staff
- Implement policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.
