Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization with a focus on pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Proven expertise in developing pricing models, rate cards, and commercial frameworks is desired.
Responsibilities
- Drive pricing strategy and commercial positioning for new and existing business opportunities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for pricing and commercial matters
- Oversee bid review and approval processes
- Partner with finance and pricing teams to develop rate cards and budgets
- Provide guidance and recommendations on commercial packages to leadership
- Align with stakeholders on financial strategy and incentives
- Deliver market insights to inform decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across bidding and contracting workflows
