Executive Site Director

College TrackBaltimore, MD
$118,875 - $148,500Onsite

About The Position

College Track's Baltimore site is in its earliest, most formative days, launched through a bold partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank, and Baltimore City Public Schools. The scholars we serve will be the first to experience what we're building here. The Executive Site Director will be the person who makes sure it's worth experiencing. College Track is a 10-year commitment to first-generation college students — from high school through a bachelor's degree. We don't just help students get in; we help them stay, graduate, and thrive. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and by age 30, they earn an average of $89,823 — well above the national median. We've been doing this since 1997. We operate 13 centers. And Baltimore is our next horizon.
