Requirements

  • A degree in business management, finance or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven leadership experience (including leading sales teams).
  • A Toronto or Montreal location, with flexibility to work from our offices as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience driving growth and leading teams in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
  • Confidence, passion and accountability—ready to own outcomes and inspire your team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech (financial technology).
  • Knowledge of payment industry terminology.
  • Bilingual French and English skills (required for some locations).

  • Develop and execute market-leading sales strategies that fuel business growth.
