Executive Director of Talent Experience

Rocky Mountain PrepDenver, CO

About The Position

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking an Executive Director of Talent Experience to lead the integration, execution, and operational performance of the organization’s People Team functions. This role oversees senior leaders across Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources, ensuring these functions operate as a cohesive, aligned, and high-performing system. The Executive Director is responsible for building the infrastructure, operating model, and systems that connect the full employee lifecycle—from hiring through onboarding, performance, development, and retention. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this leader serves as the primary operational driver of People Team effectiveness and execution. While functional leaders retain ownership over strategy within their respective areas, the Executive Director ensures systems, processes, and priorities are aligned and operationalized consistently across the organization. This role will help Rocky Mountain Prep evolve from a collection of strong individual teams into a unified People Team that drives staff performance, retention, and long-term organizational sustainability.
