The Director of Talent aligns the strategic mission and vision of the University and HR with administration and employees. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the administration and employees. The incumbent maintains an effective level of understanding about each unit's structure, purpose and plans in support of the overall mission, vision and strategic plan of the University. Responsible for the development and administration of employee relations at Webster University in support of other HR leadership and in collaboration with Webster’s administration and employee workforce. Oversees the HR lifecycle, including the areas of recruitment, retention, training, immigration, continuous feedback, evaluations and employee recognition.
