SUMMARY OF JOB Responsible for facilitation and implementation of the health system’s strategic approach to talent management. The position will be responsible for the development and oversight of an innovative talent function that will support the connection and growth of new employees in their new roles. The Director of Talent Management is an expert in fully understanding Redeemer Health’s culture and creating a positive candidate experience. Serves as a consultant to management on Talent related issues and formulates partnerships across the organization. Collaborates with HR colleagues, leaders and members of the Talent Agency to identify a connection with both prospective and current employees and the organization that results in a long lasting vibrant relationship. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; masters preferred
  • Ten (10) years progressive management experience, preferably in HR, including at least five (5) years experience in talent management.
  • Demonstrated ability as a relationship developer and cultivator with all levels of staff and leadership.
  • Passionate and engaging personality, highly energetic, confident, resilient, strategic, creative and possess a positive attitude.
  • Thorough understanding and ability to apply principles of experience design
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment and labor laws.
  • Experience with AA/EEO regulations and compliance methods.
  • Experience managing automated Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations in an experiential “way”
  • Able to travel.
