The Executive Director of Operations (EDO) is responsible for all areas of operations including Guest Satisfaction, Food Safety and Quality, Technology and Mobile Applications, Administration, as well as maintaining a balanced Fee Calculation Report, or Profit and Loss Statement. The EDO will work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Director and Team to assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and selection of new Team Members. In addition, the EDO will work in collaboration with the Training Director to ensure proper training, development, and growth of all Team Members.The Executive Director of Operations will serve as a Mentor and a Coach to all Team Members as they stove to maintain our restaurant mission of “Fostering and Environment of Personal and Professional Growth”, as well as our Corporate Mission “To be the World’s most Caring Company”

Requirements

• Passion for Chick -fil -A's values
• 4 Year College Degree or leadership experience equivalent
• Experience in managing large groups of people, including hiring and firing
• Dynamic and motivating personality
• Must have a flexible schedule that allows for a minimum of 40 hours per week over several day parts.
• The maximum expectation will be 55 hours per week
• Must be a “Hands On Leader”. The EDO must be willing to work with Team Members to execute daily operations in a very fast paced environment
• Team -oriented, adaptable, dependable, and a strong work ethic

• Provide the highest quality of guest service and satisfaction through all contact points
• Provide hospitality and positive influence within your team and the community
• Deliver operational excellence, working operationally in all aspects of the restaurant to gain critical experience and knowledge of how to effectively operate a multi -million dollar business
• Build and develop high -performance leadership teams, with ongoing coaching and mentorship
• Work in an environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
