Requirements

Must have a current Oregon ALF/RCF Administrators License.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
Have at least 2 years experience as a Memory Care Administrator
Ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
Individual must be a team player, well organized, and flexible.

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations.
Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.
