About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Executive Director of Brand & Product Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will drive the strategic development and execution of the ONE/SIZE brand and product vision across all consumer and commercial touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and product education responsible for shaping how consumers discover, understand, experience, and advocate for our products and brand. You will be responsible for translating business priorities and brand vision into integrated marketing strategies and high-impact execution across the consumer journey. This role helps bring clarity, focus, and momentum to the company’s most important growth initiatives through effective brand storytelling, product positioning, and go-to-market excellence. This leader serves as a connector across brand, product, creative, commercial, and consumer teams ensuring priorities are aligned, plans are actionable, and execution happens with speed and consistency. The Executive Director will help shape how the brand shows up in market while building scalable marketing processes and driving disciplined execution that strengthens consumer connection and business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong brand instincts with commercial thinking, operational rigor, and a hands-on approach. They thrive in entrepreneurial environments, are highly collaborative, and know how to move work forward by translating strategy into action. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with the SVP of Global Marketing and cross-functional leaders across Creative, Partnerships, Social, PR, Retail Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product Development & Packaging, and Digital, and report directly to SVP of Global Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience across brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing leadership, preferably within beauty, consumer products, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated success building brands and executing high-impact product launches that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong experience leading integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, category dynamics, retail environments, and evolving marketing trends.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial priorities and brand objectives into integrated marketing plans and clear execution roadmaps.
  • Partner with leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across teams and channels.
  • Help bring clarity to priorities, sequencing work to maximize business impact and team effectiveness.
  • Support development and execution of initiatives that strengthen consumer awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Maintain consistency in brand expression while ensuring execution remains responsive to business opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Development and Commercial teams to bring product innovation to market through compelling positioning, launch planning, and consumer storytelling.
  • Drive execution of product marketing initiatives across launch calendars, messaging, content, and retail support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launches are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Translate product strategy into consumer-facing narratives that drive understanding and conversion.
  • Continuously refine launch processes and ways of working to improve execution and impact.
  • Guide integrated campaign execution across channels to ensure cohesive consumer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Creative and Integrated Marketing teams to develop content and assets that support brand and product priorities.
  • Help prioritize resources and marketing activity to focus efforts on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives move efficiently from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while creating clarity, accountability, and strong operating rhythms.
  • Foster collaboration across Product Development, Ecommerce, Retail Sales, Creative, Social, and Commercial teams.
  • Remove barriers to execution and facilitate communication across stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
  • Build scalable processes that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Manage brand and product marketing budgets to support business goals and optimize investment decisions.
  • Use consumer insights, performance data, and market intelligence to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.
  • Establish clear reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes, ensuring visibility into performance across brand, product, and campaign initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Monitor campaign and product launch performance in real time, surfacing learnings and recommendations to improve ongoing and future initiatives.
