The STARZ Brand Marketing team defines how the brand shows up in culture — shaping the voice, narrative, and creative expression that connects our content to audiences in meaningful, memorable ways. We lead brand strategy and consumer-facing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across every STARZ platform. The Executive Director, Brand Marketing is responsible for conceptualizing and driving the execution of high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns. This role ensures that STARZ’s brand voice, positioning, and creative expression are distinct, cohesive, and consistently elevated across all touchpoints. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering across the organization to bring brand initiatives to market in ways that drive both cultural impact and business results.
