Executive Creative Director

Oxford Road
•$170,000 - $210,000

About The Position

The Executive Creative Director is Oxford Road’s most senior creative leader, accountable for the quality, performance, and culture of the Creative department’s work across host-read, pre-produced audio, and bespoke 360-degree campaigns. The role sets and maintains creative standards across every client account, ensures work is reviewed before delivery, and connects creative decisions to measurable client outcomes through performance data and testing. The ECD leads and develops writers and producers across Bespoke and Format tiers and host-read and pre-produced disciplines. The role owns Audiolytics’ application within the department, talent onboarding and feedback, senior-level client and talent relationships, and Creative’s contribution to new-business pitches and creator-first partnerships. It establishes a test-and-learn culture by bringing creative hypotheses into partnership with Analytics, which owns test design, statistical analysis, and tracking infrastructure. The position has final decision-making authority over creative quality and what ships, and directs the creative team in service of quality and performance. It reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and escalates resource, capacity, and structural gaps with recommendations. The role does not own media plans, client contracts, agency pricing, production costs, P&L, or testing infrastructure.
