About The Position

NVE is a brand experience and production agency that develops insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to turn consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty. The Creative Director defines and executes the vision for immersive brand experiences for leading clients. This is a seasoned, versatile creative leadership role requiring a hands-on approach and deep expertise in high-stakes B2B activations, including keynotes, immersive trade show footprints, and hospitality dinners. A strong background in consumer experiences and entertainment is also valued to bring consumer energy, storytelling, and cultural relevance into each environment. The Creative Director leads experiential projects from concept through execution, develops cohesive attendee experiences, and manages the full RFP lifecycle from proposal development to client pitches. The role independently leads mid- to large-scale projects, partners with production and fabricators to turn concepts into physical builds, and guides multidisciplinary creative teams. It also contributes to resource and timeline management, studio culture, emerging-trend awareness, and the use of AI tools to strengthen creative capabilities. NVE is a hybrid company with hubs in Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and London. The ideal candidate is based in one of these locations, though remote candidates may be considered. Travel is required as needed for project site visits, client meetings, and onsite work. This is an exempt, full-time role.
