Balance of Nature is looking for an experienced Creative Director to take full ownership of our public-facing brand, advertising, and creative execution. In this role, you will unite our marketing channels under one clear, consistent creative vision. You will lead the team behind our campaigns across TV, digital ads, video production, web, social media, print, and retail. Success in this role means elevating our overall creative quality while building operational structure. You will build systems that improve production speed, tighten approval processes, and hold creative work to high standards. Requirements

10+ years of professional creative experience in advertising, brand marketing, or creative production.
5+ years of direct experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams in a senior leadership role (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Group Creative Director).
A portfolio showing high-quality, large-scale campaigns across advertising, video, digital platforms, and print.
Proven history of bringing campaigns from initial strategy through full production and launch.
Experience working directly with executive management and senior marketing stakeholders.
Ability to work full-time on-site at our corporate headquarters in St. George, Utah.
Background working with a nationally recognized consumer brand or a major advertising agency.
Experience in direct-response advertising, performance marketing, or video-heavy media environments.
Creative experience in consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, e-commerce, or retail.
Track record of managing both in-house creative staff and external agency partners or production companies.
Experience using consumer research, audience testing, and performance metrics to inform creative decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, communications, film, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Direct the overall creative strategy across TV, digital ads, video, web, social, retail, and print collateral.
Lead, mentor, and build a multidisciplinary creative team of designers, writers, video producers, and brand specialists.
Translate marketing goals and campaign performance metrics into high-performing creative concepts.
Oversee major creative campaigns from initial briefing and concept through production, editing, and final launch.
Build internal workflows that increase production efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and maintain brand consistency.
Partner directly with executive leadership and marketing managers to ensure creative work supports core business goals.
Evaluate campaign performance data to refine creative direction and improve response rates across active channels.
