Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking an Executive Coordinator. This hybrid position that is based out of our Burlington, ON location and offers benefits from day one. The expected annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $73000 a year. Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative function, including experience in supporting senior staff level members.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience using analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • No relocation benefit will be provided. All candidates must reside within an 80-kilometer radius of Burlington, ON to be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and Event Management – Calendar management; maintain and arrange meetings and appointments, provide reminders. Plan domestic and global meetings (in-person and videoconference). Manage travel logistics, including supporting external visitors. Event management, including planning and scheduling staff meetings/agendas, customer or employee events and functions. Ensure meetings progress according to schedule. Anticipate and compile materials for meetings independently, handling highly confidential and critical details with discretion. Manage staff meeting actions, utilizing tools such as co-pilot where appropriate.
  • Reporting and Presentations – Critically analyze metrics arising from various dashboards and reporting systems. Develop and distribute monthly reports – including aggregating management reports. Prepare presentations and reports for business review meetings, briefs and events. Expense tracking management and budget control.
  • Communications – Manage executive communications, serving as a key point of contact while engaging with internal and external stakeholders through written, verbal, and direct interactions. Maintain electronic distribution lists, division email and regular mailboxes and manage regular disbursement of personnel and other electronic announcements.
  • Process Improvements – Actively support and participate in ad hoc projects, processes and initiatives. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and organizational initiatives; determine appropriate course of action or response to ensure smooth execution of priorities.
