This role is a key managerial role in the Consumer Marketing organization, reporting to the VP of Commerce. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing the overarching commerce strategy for WIRED in tech, home and lifestyle to meet ambitious growth targets and identify and launch new consumer facing e-commerce experiences. The role will lead a dedicated team of writers, editors, and producers, with an extensive cross-functional network including editorial, product marketing, and data analytics to deliver against revenue and profit objectives. This leader will have extensive eCommerce experience and will disrupt the current Affiliate eCommerce model to build incremental revenue.
