About The Position

Executive Coach conducts meetings with students interested in Investment Banking in order to provide coaching, advising and supporting leadership development. The meetings are held in person and in a virtual environment. Coaching and advising is additionally provided in partnership with Investment Banking student club leadership, selected employees and colleagues across the MBA Career Services team. Executive Coach attends Investment Banking students’ events and activities, as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching, advising, and leadership development.
• Ability to conduct meetings in person and virtually.
• Experience partnering with student club leadership, employees, and team members.
• Familiarity with Investment Banking student events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with students interested in Investment Banking to provide coaching, advising, and leadership development support.
• Provide coaching and advising in partnership with Investment Banking student club leadership, selected employees, and colleagues across the MBA Career Services team.
• Attend Investment Banking students’ events and activities as needed.
