Requirements

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
7+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Current Food Safety & Sanitation Certification
Strong leadership, budgeting and operational management skills
Ability to manage high-volume service with precision and consistency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and culinary management systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak service hours
Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors

Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of food preparation and presentation
Develop seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Sunrise standards and resident preferences
Drive revenue through special events, holiday experiences and catering opportunities
Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor partnerships for quality and cost control
Recruit, train, schedule and coach culinary team members
Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP compliance
Monitor budgets, labor and operational expenses to meet financial targets
Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and personalize dining experiences
Ensure timely financial reporting, documentation and payroll review
Partner with leadership to support sales, marketing and community initiatives
