Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for a high-profile new client in Plano, Texas. The Executive Chef will have total culinary responsibilities at the Café and Catering. Our ideal candidate will be innovative and driven to create memorable café experiences. We are looking for an Executive Chef with great communication and training skills. This is a high-level catering and culinary management role but will also be hands-on as needed to support all operations at the account. The Executive Chef will manage a team of 15 employees and will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, inventory, hands on about 80% of the time.
