The Head Chef will oversee all culinary operations at Glenrosa—from daily kitchen execution to menu development, event programming, food cost management, and team leadership. This role carries ultimate responsibility for the quality, consistency, and culture of everything that comes out of the kitchen. Running the full operation This role owns the full culinary operation—menu development, seasonal features, food cost controls, ordering, scheduling, training, and compliance.
