Sodexo is seeking an innovative and results-driven Executive Chef 2 to lead the culinary program at Pittsburg State University, located in Pittsburg, KS, as part of an exciting new campus dining partnership. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for the overall culinary direction of the account, including resident dining, retail dining, catering, menu development, food quality, food safety, and team development. The Executive Chef will inspire and lead a diverse culinary team while creating exceptional dining experiences that meet the evolving needs of students, faculty, staff, and guests. The successful candidate will bring a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing daily culinary operations, maintaining Sodexo culinary standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements, managing food and labor costs, supporting client relationships, and developing menus that balance quality, variety, nutrition, and financial performance.
