About The Position

We are seeking a highly accomplished and innovative Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a prestigious, high-profile law firm located in Manhattan's Wall Street Area. This is a unique opportunity to oversee an upscale corporate dining program serving executives, partners, and clients in a refined, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality excellence, strong leadership skills, and experience delivering elevated cuisine in a corporate, high-end hospitality setting.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all culinary operations for corporate dining services, including daily dining, executive dining services, and high-profile events
  • Design and execute seasonal, innovative menus with a focus on quality, presentation, and guest experience
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Manage food and labor costs, budgeting, and inventory controls
  • Plan and execute premium catering events, meetings, and VIP functions
  • Maintain compliance with all Company and NYC health and safety regulations
