About The Position

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 1 to oversee the culinary for a dynamic corporate dining program at St. Gobain in Malvern, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys full ownership of a multifaceted food operation. As the lead chef on site, you will oversee the culinary for a modern café, and catering operation. You’ll serve as the primary culinary person while leading a small, dedicated team and delivering an exceptional workplace dining experience.

Strong kitchen management skills, including menu planning, production oversight, and food cost control
Experience leading culinary teams in corporate, hospitality, or upscale dining settings
A commitment to excellence, creativity, and guest satisfaction
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
2 years Minimum Management Experience
1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
