About The Position

SodexoMagic is seeking a Campus Executive Chef 3 for Bethune-Cookman University located in Daytona Beach, FL. This role will have oversight of all Culinary and BOH operations on campus and is a vital leader in a fast-growing account. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years minimum management experience
3 years minimum work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
Have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
