Requirements

  • A passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
  • Strong kitchen leadership and team development skills
  • Experience in upscale catering, corporate dining, or high-volume food service operations
  • Knowledge of food cost controls, inventory management, and ordering processes
  • A creative approach to menu planning and food presentation
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and innovation
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum management experience
  • 2 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of all culinary operations
  • Assisting with menu development, recipe execution, and culinary innovation
  • Playing a key role in a growing, high-end catering and conference services program
  • Managing purchasing, inventory control, and product ordering
  • Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of 6 hourly culinary employees
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation
  • Ensuring efficient production and execution across multiple service areas
