As an Executive Business Partner (Lead) at Intrinsic, you are the Strategic Architect of our leadership operations and a driving force behind our administrative community. Partnering directly with senior VPs, you use independent judgment and absolute discretion to prescribe operational improvements, navigate highly complex stakeholder landscapes, and prevent organizational collisions before they materialize. Your mission is to construct a predictive operational ecosystem. By engineering advanced AI workflows to absorb transactional administrative burdens, you create the personal bandwidth to act as an essential cross-functional bridge builder, maintaining exemplary organizational trust while keeping our engineering and leadership workstreams completely synchronized.

Requirements

  • Feedback Resiliency & Style Adaptability: Proven comfort and effectiveness partnering with high-candid, direct leadership styles; ability to receive and constructively integrate feedback regarding behavioral approach ("the how") as well as tactical results ("the what").
  • Systems-Level AI Proficiency: Demonstrable experience applying LLMs (such as Gemini) and workflow automation to systematically optimize executive schedules, track project statuses, and summarize complex business datasets.
  • Corporate Policy Fluency: An expert understanding of corporate procurement, expense management, and compliance frameworks to safeguard team processes and minimize cross-functional friction.
  • Dual-Track Prioritization: Outstanding capacity to direct large-scale, multi-departmental culture projects simultaneously with high-touch daily executive support without a reduction in quality or precision.
  • Operational Depth: Minimum of 5 years of direct executive business partnership or corporate program management experience within a fast-moving technology or international corporate ecosystem.
  • Systems Thinking & Digital Transformation: Ability to map manual operational bottlenecks across a matrixed engineering organization and convert them into scalable, automated, self-sustaining workflows.

  • Advanced AI Workflow Orchestration: Ability to build enterprise-grade automation loops, create bespoke executive "Persona Libraries" to streamline communications, and apply AI tools inside data systems to capture hidden organizational time blocks.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Executive Operations: Propose, design, and implement operational structures that optimize the time, focus, and effectiveness of your executive leaders.
  • Cultivate Exemplary Trust: Act as an expert liaison between leadership and vital internal pillars (Finance, People Team, Legal), ensuring meticulous policy compliance and frictionless communication.
  • Deploy Advanced AI Automation: Build custom prompt configurations and automated scripts to manage high-volume scheduling, routine comms loops, and logistical datasets.
  • Own High-Stakes Corporate Programs: Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for major corporate initiatives, large-scale culture projects, and global team offsites, managing full lifecycle execution and budget governance.
  • Anchor the Administrative Community: Elevate the capabilities of the wider partner ecosystem, establishing best practices and earning the team's respect to act as a trusted operational mentor.
