About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and ambitious Executive Business Partner to support its CEO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will act as a crucial link between strategy and execution, demonstrating curiosity, resourcefulness, and a detail-oriented approach, with the potential to grow into larger business leadership roles. This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with experienced senior leaders in the healthcare and medical device sectors, accelerating skill development for future leadership roles, MBA programs, or operational career paths. The position is remote, requiring up to 30% travel across the United States, and is open to candidates based in Austin, TX, San Antonio, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.
