About The Position

The Executive Business Partner (Associate) serves as a trusted business enablement partner to the Global Head of Asset Manager Relationships. This position is designed for a high‑caliber professional who combines executive‑level support with strong business judgment, prioritization, and ownership. The Executive Business Partner (Associate) plays a critical role in managing senior leader capacity, ensuring executive readiness, and enabling consistent, high‑quality execution across meetings, materials, data requests, and external engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in executive support, business management, or senior administrative roles within financial services or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in fast‑paced, externally facing environments.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through skills.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with confidence and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with standard calendar, document, and productivity tools.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high‑volume calendar appointments, prioritize and sequence meetings across Tier 1 asset managers, internal referrals, and inbound opportunities.
  • Apply sound judgment to balance competing demands, time sensitivity, and stakeholder seniority.
  • Maintain a centralized calendar of all external asset manager engagements to ensure visibility and coverage.
  • Prepare and refresh executive briefing materials, incorporating historical context and recent interactions.
  • Compile external participant bios and background materials to support senior‑level meetings.
  • Ensure senior leaders are consistently prepared for high‑stakes internal and external engagements.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for recurring data and information requests.
  • Track follow‑ups with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Produce regular interaction summaries and reporting to support planning and execution discipline.
  • Provide business and administrative support for asset manager‑sponsored initiatives and events.
  • Coordinate logistics, including invoice processing and issue resolution, to reduce operational friction.
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Support T&E processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
