The AI Experiences (AIX) Monetization Product team is driving the next generation of AI-powered business growth and monetization across Microsoft. We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator who excels in fast-paced environments, thrives in ambiguity, and brings operational rigor to complex organizations. As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, and other levels of support. Acting as a strategic business partner, you will help maximize leadership effectiveness by driving operational excellence, enabling organizational priorities, managing critical business rhythms, and fostering collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders. This role requires proven judgment, executive presence, and the ability to balance competing priorities while operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
