About The Position

A globally recognized, publicly traded company is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Chief People Officer. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment and enjoys serving as a strategic partner to a senior executive. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leaders of a similar caliber within complex organizations and is equally comfortable managing sophisticated executive support responsibilities and driving key operational projects. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer, helping manage priorities across a large, dynamic organization. In addition to providing seamless executive support, this individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing special projects, and helping drive efficiency across the People function. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, outstanding judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, with experience supporting a Chief People Officer, CHRO, CEO, Founder, or similar executive strongly preferred
  • Background supporting executives within publicly traded, global, or highly matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Highly proactive with exceptional follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong business judgment and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs
  • Advanced proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools
  • Professional, polished, and capable of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring time is aligned with key business priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and executive logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefing documents, and agendas for leadership meetings and business reviews
  • Track and drive follow-up on critical action items, ensuring priorities move forward efficiently
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
  • Support planning and coordination for leadership meetings, talent reviews, offsites, board-related activities, and company events
  • Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Lead and support special projects for the Chief People Officer, including process improvements, organizational initiatives, and operational planning efforts
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, vendor coordination, and department administration
  • Help streamline workflows, improve team processes, and create structure within a fast-moving environment
