About The Position

The Executive Assistant is the high-functioning "brain" behind the CEO’s operations, you are the engine that converts vision into reality. This is not a passive administrative role; you are the Project Command Center responsible for driving renovation timelines in Asana, ensuring marketing initiatives hit their marks, and maintaining total oversight of company-level workstreams. Leveraging a sophisticated 2026 tech stack, including AI-driven automation and Google Workspace, you will aggressively optimize repetitive tasks to keep the executive focused on high-value growth. As a proactive gatekeeper, you will manage a high-volume calendar and filter priorities with an authoritative voice, ensuring that the executive’s time is protected and every project moves forward with relentless momentum.

  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Excellent with Google Workspace
  • Curious and interested in AI workflows and optimization
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as office assistant
  • 2 year Retail experience of Supervisor of higher position
  • G2 license and access to a reliable car

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
  • Work closely and effectively with the Directors to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to allow the Directors to focus their efforts on scaling the business
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support services.
  • Action what is appropriate on behalf of executives.
  • Participate in the drafting of documents, presentations, and reports
  • Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the needs of the Directors.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and standards with the consumer market.
  • Take part in special projects relating to the operations of the business
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of projects and programs.
  • Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules and/or reports and updating Directors in a timely manner for decision making.
  • Assist Directors in any tasks or projects as required.
  • Acting as internal liaison within various other departments within the organization including Facilities, HR, Finance, etc.
  • Collect and communicate with department heads and stores on any issues they may be experiencing, review with Directors to find a resolution and execute the action plan accordingly
