About The Position

This recruitment is for a Temporary Executive Assistant based out of our UCI Health - Los Alamitos location. Requirements

  • Extensive executive-level administrative experience with demonstrated expertise managing complex schedules, priorities, and high-volume workloads.
  • Strong project management, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting executive correspondence and preparing materials for senior leadership audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
  • Must be able to provide proof of work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of executive support experience at the C-suite or Chief Administrator level.
  • Previous administrative experience within a healthcare, hospital, or medical center environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare organizational structures, policies, procedures, governance committees, and executive operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative operations for senior leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects, executive outreach initiatives, committee activities, and organizational events while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, reports, and correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and supporting strategic decision-making.
