Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President. Responsibilities include mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform, maintaining department calendars and schedules, arranging complex travel plans, reviewing invoices, running department reports, serving as Office Manager, answering main phone lines, filing paperwork, and providing event management support as needed. Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality, and other duties as assigned.
