About The Position

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President. Responsibilities include mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform, maintaining department calendars and schedules, arranging complex travel plans, reviewing invoices, running department reports, serving as Office Manager, answering main phone lines, filing paperwork, and providing event management support as needed. Requires regular and predictable attendance and punctuality, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical proficiency in office related equipment
  • Must have ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
  • Must be able to perform at a high level of professionalism and exercise the utmost discretion
  • Must be able to work independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be proficient in attention to detail and exactitude
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related business field
  • Financial or Mortgage Banking experience
  • Experience with reporting in Encompass, nCino, or similar platform

Responsibilities
