Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Empower executive leadership by proactively managing complex calendars and travel logistics, ensuring their time is protected and focused on high-priority organizational goals.
  • Create high-impact communications, including reports and presentations, that translate complex operational data into clear, professional narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive meeting excellence by facilitating seamless end-to-end coordination, capturing critical decisions, and following up on action items to keep strategic projects moving forward.
  • Cultivate a professional first impression for the executive office by screening inquiries and welcoming visitors with the discretion and warmth that reflects our culture of care.
  • Optimize administrative workflows through the meticulous management of financial and operational documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
