Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and presentation materials.
  • Track action items and follow up on key deliverables.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
