Responsibilities

• Be a true extension of your executive, representing them in every interaction.
• Manage where your executive focuses their attention, not just the time in their calendars.
• Prepare high-value interactions so your leader shows up informed and ready to make an impact.
• Operationalize visions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and create structure in chaos.
• Adapt seamlessly to your leader's rhythm, knowing when to work in real-time and when to work async.
• Ask smart questions, earn trust quickly, and make every day run smoother so your leader can focus on what matters most.
