We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who demonstrates the ability to take initiative, think critically, and lead with a high level of professionalism to provide support to sales leadership. In this role you will be a key and trusted member of the team, and instrumental in the efficient and organized operations of our organization. This position is critical to our operational success, and it will take just the right candidate to deliver the results we've come to expect from our amazing team of executive support professionals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of executive level administrative and organizational support/assistance
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Google Suite applications required
  • Strong internet research skills and general comfortability with new technology is a must
  • Experience learning new technologies quickly is needed
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Ability to work well with large teams and wear multiple hats is required
  • Must be highly organized with an ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail
  • Must be a flexible, adaptable, problem solver
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a proactive sense of urgency
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with Sales and Marketing leaders and teams is preferred
  • Experience with event planning and extensive travel planning

Responsibilities

  • A wide variety of activities in support of key revenue business Leaders
  • Heavy scheduling and calendar management activity via MS Outlook
  • Coordination and planning for meetings, conference calls, and special events
  • Managing detailed logistics of meeting spaces, team communications, and vendor relationships
  • Working independently and with a large team on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Following up with various staff members on key commitments and deliverables on behalf of executives
  • Working cross-functionally with other Executive Assistants in a team environment to support a very collaborative team
  • Maintain and manage communication, correspondence, and travel arrangements (eventually) for multiple stakeholders
  • Full confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to internal and external business operations
